This Privacy Policy explains what data SyllabitEdu collects and how we use it.
What we collect
Account information you provide (name, email), your learning activity (chapters read, topics completed, quiz attempts and scores), and payment records needed to grant premium access. Payment card/UPI details are handled by Razorpay — we never store them.
How we use it
To provide the service, track your progress and streaks, grant and verify premium access, respond to support requests, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal data.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay under their own privacy and security terms. We receive confirmation of payment status and an order reference, not your full card/UPI details.
Data security & retention
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data and retain it only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting requirements.
Your choices
You can update your profile in the app and change your password at any time. You can permanently delete your account and personal data from Profile → “Delete account”, or by emailing us — see the account deletion page.
