Delete in the app (recommended)
The fastest way is directly in the app, where you confirm it's really you with your password:
- Open SyllabitEdu and sign in.
- Open the menu and go to Profile.
- Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
- Enter your password to confirm. Your account and personal data are deleted immediately.
Email support@syllabitedu.in from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll verify the request and remove your account within 7 days.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your profile — name and email address
- Your learning progress, completed topics and streaks
- Your quiz attempts and scores
- Your login sessions and any saved sign-in tokens
What we retain, and why
For legal and accounting reasons we keep a minimal record of past payments and subscription orders (for example, the amount, date and order reference). These records do not contain your card or UPI details — those are handled by Razorpay and were never stored by us — and they are no longer linked to an active profile once your account is deleted.
Free vs. paid access
Deleting your account ends any active premium access immediately and does not trigger a refund. If you believe you were charged in error, see the Refund Policy before deleting.
